This is the all the information regarding the Time Wolves. One of the few alien species on Earth, Time Wolves are expansive (and exhaustive) in their history. Please enjoy this (endless) information on the Time Wolves.
[*]Section One: Gallifrey
[*]Section Two: Time Wolves (In General)
[*]Section Three: The Black Cult
[*]Section Four: The Eye of Harmony
[*]Section Five: Time (as referred and mentioned by the Time Wolves)
[*]Section Six: Time Wolves throughout Realm History

Section One: Gallifrey
Part one: Location
Gallifrey is located in a binary star system within the constellation of Kasterborous. It is roughly 250 million light years away from Earth, well outside the Milky Way Galaxy. However, it may still be within the Pisces-Cetus Supercluster Complex.
The solar system of Gallifrey contains five planets including the planet of Karn. Both of the suns can be seen from Gallifrey, one showing the start of the morning and one showing the start of the evening. The Morning Sun rises in the North and the Evening Sun rises in the South over the mountains. This gives the day a bright yellow day and a burnt orange sky at night.

Part two: Composition
From space, Gallifrey is seen as a yellow-orange planet and is protected from physical attack by the impenetrable barrier called the quantum force field. In order to get inside the barrier, a person has to teleport inside. This prevents all outsiders (with hostile intent, or otherwise) from approaching the planet and allows the Time Wolves to maintain their status of absolute neutrality. It also lets them observe the actions of the rest of the Universe without actually taking part in its affairs.
The earth of the planet is not like Earth at all. Earthen earth is brown and grey, Gallifrean earth is red, brown and purple and gold in color. The rocks reflect this. There is snow on Gallifrean almost all year, and it appears in patches of pure white that shines against the light of the suns.
Gallifrey is a planet of mostly plains and mountains, with a few plateaus and cliffs dotting the landscape. The capital of the planet and the Time Wolf Citadel is located in the Mountains of Solace and Solitude on the Continent of Wild Endeavour.
Plants on Gallifrey are strange in color and composition. The trees all have silver colored leaves, regardless of the species of the tree, and when the Morning Sun hits the leaves, the forests look like they are on fire. Grass on Gallifrey is deep red instead of green, and the fields are also almost always covered in snow.
Because of how the planet seems to shine in the light, it was called the Shining World of the Seventh System.
Birds called Flutterwings, cat-like species and Tafelshrews are a few of the species that once lived on Gallifrey. However, since Gallifrey was destroyed, all of those species have become extinct.

Part three: The Cities
The Capital of Gallifrey is where the Academy, the Eye of Harmony, and the Matrix are located. The Academy is where all the Gallifrean offspring go to learn before being exposed to the Time Vortex. Connected to the Academy is the Matrix, a massive computer network which acts as the repository of all Time Wolf knowledge as well as containing the memories of dead Time Wolves.
The Time Wolf Citadel is where all Time Wolves are taken to be trained. They are trained to travel through Time here. They also may be chosen to live there as part of the Time Wolf Council.
On the outskirts, the Death Zone was built. A gladiatorial-like arena, Time Wolves would often pit two species from different times and planets against each other to observe which species would survive. In the Death Zone is the Tomb of Rassilon, the first Time Wolf.

Section Two: Time Wolves (in general)
Part one: Gallifreans
Gallifrean refers to the inhabitants of Gallifrey as a whole, both male and female. However, the term Time Wolf refers to a member of Gallifrey that have been chosen by Time. Being a society of balance and order, they never really differentiated between males and females, but on occasion the genders would separate themselves by referring to themselves as Time Lords or Time Ladies.
An ancient race, from a planet even older than Earth, Time Wolves have long been regarded as “Ambassadors” or “Law Keepers” of the universe. Travelling as they please across the universe, they have watched many things happen and have seen many things that would happen. Wise, neutral and often times arrogant, Time Wolves make as many enemies as they make allies. It is said that it was the arrogance of the Time Wolves that brought about the destruction of Gallifrey, and that may very much be true.

Part Two: Gallifrean/Time Wolf Abilities
Time Wolves have several abilities, the main being able to travel through Space and Time (if they are chosen by Time) at will. They also have powerful telepathy abilities, being able to easily explore another living things mind by touching their heads. However, they are not prying (usually) and tell the subject to “imagine a door closing” if there is something they wish to keep hidden. Time Wolves can also “project” things from their own minds into other minds. This is done via contact and with practice; a Time Wolf can also call upon Time to show someone something they do not know.
Time Wolves are also always linked to Time and therefore can see everything that has happened, everything that will happen and everything that could happen. They also constantly hear the songs of the universe, as well as the cries of anguish from every living thing that has and will die. That alone would drive most insane. They can open another’s mind to all this for as long as the Time Wolf wishes, but it often drives the other to insane suicide.

Part three: Childhood
Time Wolves are born very large for their overall size as an adult. Born about the size of a Dire pup, Time Wolves gradually get smaller with age, to about the size of a Grey Wolf. But the interesting thing about Gallifrean offspring is that only 1 in every litter of 3 will actually be chosen by Time to be a Time Wolf. Time Wolf litters are usually between 3-5 offspring, with anywhere between 1 to 3 being Time Wolves and the rest being just plain Gallifrean. Time Wolf pups are quickly removed from their siblings to be conditioned for travelling through the Vortex, while Gallifrean pups are put through the rigorous schooling of the Gallifrean council. Regardless of being chosen by Time, all offspring are highly intelligent and can learn anything relatively quickly. All offspring can travel through space as well.
Gallifrean offspring are born extremely quiet and never usually talk until they are about a month old. This is because they are watching everything around them and are learning; it is also because their vocal cords are not completely developed until a month after being born. Pups are almost scarily well behaved, and usually can be found silently learning rather than doing what a normal pup would do.
Gallifrean mothers are incapable of producing milk, and feeding that to a pup would make them extraordinarily sick. Gallifrean offspring are nourished by the Time Energy surrounding their parents and Gallifrean soil.

Part Four: The Untempered Schism
Upon reaching the age of a yearling, Gallifrean Offspring are taken to the Untempered Schism, a rip in the fabric of reality. There they are exposed to the Time Vortex to see if they are chosen by Time or not. This is the initiation ceremony into the Time Lord Academy. Some are inspired, some run away, and some are driven mad by the Vortex. Those who are inspired are trained as Time Wolves, those who run away remain Gallifrean and those are driven mad are sent to the outskirts.

Section Three: The Black Cult
Part one: The Time Wolf Brothers
It is said that two Time Wolves being born from the same litter is a sign of great things, and when Thetaminvin and his twin brother Davros were both chosen by Time, all of Gallifrey was abuzz with the news. The twin pups where immediately removed from their families and sent to training, but neither of them were typical pups. For one, Thetaminvin was rebellious in class, skipping class all the time to explore Gallifrey himself. Yet, he was still one of the top in his class, and he was accepted into the Citadel, despite his exasperating his instructors. On the other hand, Davros was also rebellious, but in a different way. He refused to take the tests, he wanted to excel quicker. This caused many arguments between the brothers, who disowned each other shortly before entering the Citadel.
However, what happened next was something no Time Wolf could have predicted. Davros, in a bought of rage, dragged his brother into the Vortex where they fought for nearly a decade. Because of the fight, Theta was locked away for life and Davros was banished to the outskirts. Theta eventually got out, but Davros slowly went insane.
Unable to see the Vortex clearly and harassed by the drums of war that he constantly hear, Davros changed his name to the Master and vowed to bring darkness to all Time Wolves. His first attempt failed and nearly cost him his life at the hand of his brother who was honored as a hero after that. Resentment for Theta turned to full blown hatred and he vowed to kill his brother.

Part two: The Gathering
The Master slowly began to convince himself and others that Time Wolves should rule over the universe and he should be king of all living things. The Time Wolves who agreed with him and helped him in his plans called themselves The Dark Children and worshipped the Master nearly like a god. Over the years they started many wars throughout the universe, most of which were snuffed out very quickly by the Time Wolf Council as if they were nothing more than tiny candle flames. Frustrated, the Master called out to all planets that would help him. Many rogue species responded and soon he had a gathering of nearly two thousand under his control. No longer just the Dark Children, this new group called themselves the Black Cult and began to spread their influence everywhere in the universe, conquering planets for the highest bidder and spreading fear of the Master. The Master was nearly infamous and ready to carry out his plans when the last thing he expected to happen happened.
When the Time Wars tore Gallifrey apart, the Dark Children were scattered and the Black Cult seemed to fizzle into nothingness. Alone with only three Dark Children and himself, the Master nearly gave up on his ideal to rule the universe until they landed on Earth. Now the Master had learned that his brother survived the wards and had landed on Earth as well, and he craves his brother’s death as well as conquering and overtaking the world he now lives in.

Section Four: The Eye of Harmony
Part one: What the Eye of Harmony is
The Eye of Harmony is, in a word, the core of a black hole. It is said that the first Time Wolf, Rassilon, journeyed to the end of Space and the edge of Time, only to find a monstrous black hole at the edge of All Things. Not even Time could escape it and was slowly being devoured by it. But the black hole, as large as it was, was so perfectly balanced that it was calm and the Time Wolf could walk along its edge without being sucked in. Intrigued, the wolf entered the mouth of the black hole, and found the one thing no one had ever seen before: the heart of a black hole. He spent centuries finding out why the Black Hole seemed to be so calm. After nearly a millennia of thinking, he came up with the formula needed to keep the core calm. He abandoned the black hole, taking with him the core, and travelled to the beginning of All Things.
There he practiced by putting the core in various structures, trying to recreate the perfect black hole. The first many tries ended being the violet black holes most people know now. Finally he did it; he created a perfectly balanced black hole. Taking his findings back to Gallifrey, he placed it in the core of the planet, turning the tamed monster into a source of energy that neither ran out nor ever faltered. Calling the core the Eye of Harmony, he realized the endless and chaotic power coming from the black hole could be easily abused by many and he sealed the Eye away under a complex Panopticon. The only thing remaining was the legend and the Mark of Harmony, written on the walls of the core.

Part two: The Keys of Time
When Gallifrey was destroyed and the Time Wars were Time Locked, the remaining Time Wolves were given pieces of the Key of Time, which unlocks the place where the Eye of Harmony was placed. The nine fragments of the Key were split between the eight Time Wolves and the ninth was lost in the Vortex. Each fragment was given a name according to the legends surrounded them.
The Piece of Mind
This piece was given to Thetaminvin.
The piece of Body
This piece was given to Eiran (name formally Aiden)
The piece of Heart
This piece was given to Livilia
The piece of Soul
This piece was given to Hyundai
The piece of Strength
This piece was given to Davros (scroll down)
The piece of Knowledge
This piece was given to Calabroza
The piece of Life
This piece was given to Crystallia
The piece of Emotion
Unknown

The ninth piece was said to have been totally lost until Theta regenerated after receiving a mortal wound from Calabroza. While regenerating, Time gave him the ninth piece, the Piece of Will. Confused as to why he suddenly had two pieces, it was soon discovered that the piece was intended for an outsider that had been rescued by Eiran, FeatherTail. The young Dark Angellic, and former slave of the Grand Mage Pandora, was given the piece by Theta after he took her on as a companion. She has since been learning how to control the powers given to her by the piece and how to be a Time Wolf.

The nine pieces fit together like a large puzzle that forms an orb-shape that once activated, opens a rift to where the Eye of Harmony is. The Eye of Harmony is a source for endless energy and power as well as a danger if it gets thrown off balance. The Time Wolves guard the Keys to Time with their very lives, choosing to destroy the Key before letting anyone have it.
